Extraction systems series Cut´n Collect
Single-station solution for the extraction of edge trimmings, lead frames and other punching waste. Collection of the material in foil bags, BIG BAG, roll containers or drawers. The ARCUTT cutting technology cuts all endless waste into small pieces in order to achieve the best possible collection volume.
Single-station and multi-station
Cut’n Collect can help to remove edge trimmings from several production machines. For lead frames, only one printing machine must be connected.
Contactless extraction
For some applications, fans are installed on the clean gas side due to technical reasons.
This prevents contact between solids or dusty air with the fan.
Collecting volume
Depending on the machine speed and material used, smaller or large collection volumes may be used. Double bag systems bypass the shut-down of the extraction system for the emptying process of the filled containers, ensuring continuous production.
Layout
System construction is always subject to the most versatile requirements. Important components on the customer side include the power requirements, available space and downstream disposal paths and will always be integrated into our extraction systems.
Unpressurized discharge
Material snippets are removed into open containers via cell rotary feeders without pressure. That way, all customer-owned collection containers can be used without any problems, making the acquisition of new disposal systems and containers unnecessary.
